This Privacy Policy explains how Piotr Galaburda (“Statim”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use the Statim.chat website and service (the “Service”). We act as the data controller for the personal data described here, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data we collect

Where a business connects a Facebook Page and/or an Instagram account, Statim accesses them through Meta’s official APIs using the access the business grants, and its use of Facebook and Instagram data complies with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

We process personal data on the basis of contract performance, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (for example cloud hosting, telephony, speech and AI providers, and messaging platforms such as Meta), under appropriate data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

5. Data retention

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

6. International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). To exercise your rights, contact us at hello@statim.chat.
