These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Statim.chat website and service provided by Piotr Galaburda (“Statim”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Statim provides an AI-powered voice and messaging agent that answers and manages customer communications across telephone and social channels on behalf of business customers.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be authorised to act for the business you represent and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for complying with the rules of any connected platform (including Meta’s platform policies).

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, harassing or spam communications.
• Do not send messages that violate the policies of connected platforms.
• Obtain any consent required to message your end customers.

4. Customer data

You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability

We aim for high availability but provide the Service “as is” and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Statim is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland.
